Article 10: Management Functions
  1. The general management of the MBC is vested in the Executive Committee.

  2. The Executive Committee may from time to time propose to make, vary and revoke by-laws (not consistent with the Constitution) for the conduct of Members and regulations of the internal affairs of the MBC. Such by-laws shall only be binding on all the Members after a resolution has been passed and accepted at an EGM.

  3. The Executive Committee shall be responsible for carrying out all resolutions of the MBC, and for organizing or appointing Members to organize activities for MBC.

  4. The Executive Committee shall have full authority to enter into financial transactions and, generally, to deal in all matters associated with the MBC.

  5. All funds of the MBC or any part of such funds may only be dealt with by the Treasurer and a maximum of two (02) authorized person within the Executive Committee.

  6. The Executive Committee shall have power to obtain, collect and receive money and funds by contribution, sponsorship, donations, subscription fees, or any other way.
