Article 17: Notices

Each Member shall be obliged to keep the Secretary informed of that Member’s home address and email address, or some other address at which communication may be addressed to him.

All notices to Members shall be considered as posted by being affixed in a prominent position at the MBC’s premise or at the address of the MBC, or by email, save that notices of General Meetings shall be sent by post, email or such other means determined by the Executive Committee to each Member’s last known address or last registered with the MBC.
