| Article 19: Dissolution |

If
a resolution is passed by a two-third or more of Members entitled to
vote at an Extraordinary General Meeting to dissolve the MBC, the
Executive Committee shall take immediate steps to convert into money
all the property of the MBC. The promise of such conversion shall be
applied first in meeting all liabilities of the MBC and the Executive
Committee shall follow the decision of the Members present at the
Extraordinary General Meeting to dispose of any balance remaining to any organization or charitable/welfare organizations.
In case of dissolution, the Executive Committee of MBC has the responsibility to send a notice to the relevant authorities to inform the dissolution of the MBC. ** The male gender may be substituted to read as female gender where applicable. |
