Ordinary Corporate Membership
- Companies, corporations and organizations in good standing which are incorporated in or established under the laws of Malaysia (herein referred as “Malaysian-registered companies”), and which have a legal presence in Vietnam in a form permitted by the laws of Vietnam.
- Ordinary Corporate Membership can nominate up to three (03) representatives from their Organization to represent them as Members and each of such Members shall have the same voting rights as an Ordinary Individual Member, subject to complying with link Article 6 (h) & (i) Rights & Duties of Members.
- The Annual Subscription Fees shall be payable on joining and on an annual basis 2. The Annual Subscription Fee per calendar year for Ordinary Corporate Membership shall be USD600.
- A one time Joining Fee USD10.00 for Ordinary Corporate Membership.
- Subscription fees shall be payable annually on the 1st of January of each calendar year or on the date of approval of Membership in the case of new Member joining during a calendar year.
- Payment of subscription fees received by 31st January of each calendar year shall enjoy “early bird” special rate at USD500 only for Ordinary Corporate Member.
- All subscription fees shall be pro-rated for new Members who join by 30th September during the calendar year at USD50 per month for Ordinary Corporate Member. However, the Joining Fee of USD 10.00 shall not be pro-rated.
- All new Members of all categories joining in the months of October, November and December shall pay pro-rated subscription fees of current year plus full year renewal fees of the following year at date of joining. However, they shall be eligible to enjoy and pay the renewal fees at the “early bird” special rate.
New Benefits
- - Additional nominee only pay 50% of Individual Membership fee.
- - Advertisement on MBC Directory Book -50% discount.
- - Allow to do promotion via email to MBC members 12 times per year.
Ordinary Individual Members
- Citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia, aged 18 years and above, who are in good standing and interested in business, trade, investment and/or other permitted activities in Vietnam, and are ordinarily residents in Vietnam.
- The Annual Subscription Fee per calendar year for Ordinary Individual Membership shall be USD120.00.
- A one time Joining Fee USD10.00 for Ordinary Individual Members.
- Subscription fees shall be payable annually on the 1st of January of each calendar year or on the date of approval of Membership in the case of new Member joining during a calendar year.
- Payment of subscription fees received by 31st January of each calendar year shall enjoy “early bird” special rate at USD 100 only for Ordinary Individual Member.
- All subscription fees shall be pro-rated for new Members who join by 30th September during the calendar year at USD10 per month for Ordinary Individual Member. However, the Joining Fee of USD 10.00 shall not be pro-rated.
- All new Members of all categories joining in the months of October, November and December shall pay pro-rated subscription fees of current year plus full year renewal fees of the following year at date of joining. However, they shall be eligible to enjoy and pay the renewal fees at the “early bird” special rate.
Associate Members
- Open for membership to any one (Non-Malaysian) in good standing working in Vietnam under Malaysian or non- Malaysian companies.
- The Annual Subscription Fee per calendar year for Associate Membership shall be USD120.00.
- A one time Joining Fee USD10.00 for Associate Members.
- Subscription fees shall be payable annually on the 1st of January of each calendar year or on the date of approval of Membership in the case of new Member joining during a calendar year.
- Payment of subscription fees received by 31st January of each calendar year shall enjoy “early bird” special rate at USD100 only for Associate Member.
- All subscription fees shall be pro-rated for new Members who join by 30th September during the calendar year at USD10 per month for Associate Member. However, the Joining Fee of USD10.00 shall not be pro-rated.

Spouse Members
- Open to spouse of all categories of Members.
- There shall be no Annual Subscription Fee for Spouse Membership which shall be registered completely free of charge.
- No joining fee for Spouse Members.
** All categories of membership are not transferable except Ordinary Corporate Membership which may change their representative(s) who has left their Organization. ** Companies and individuals may apply for membership and acceptance shall be determined by the Executive Committee. No reason needs to be given in the event of a rejection.
